Our Prices for 2010 (starting March 29th)

        Our rates are based £40.00 per person per night with two adults sharing a Double room and include breakfast

• Double En-suite Room £80 per night for bookings of 1 to 5 nights (based on two adults sharing) inc breakfasts
• Double en Suite Room for bookings of 6 nights plus £75 per night
• (based on two adults sharing) inc breakfasts.
• Double En-suite Room for a single occupancy £65 per night inc breakfast.

We are not  able to offer single occupancy rates during the months of July  August  or September when we have to charge full room rate of £80 inc breakfast
During June ,July, August, & September we can only accept a minimum booking of 2 nights at weekends

We do not have Family Rooms and therefore do not take children under 16 years of age, children over 16 would be required to occupy a room of their own at the above rates.
